Address Book

Save the wallet addresses that you send MYRC to frequently. Your address book helps you prevent typing errors and send transfers faster.

Why Use Address Book?

• Prevent mistakes: You do not copy and paste long wallet addresses.
• Save time: Select a saved address with one tap.
• Add labels: Give each address a name to identify its owner.
• Multi-network: Save addresses for Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, and Solana.

Adding an Address

Step 1: Open Address Book

In the sidebar menu, go to Address Book.

Step 2: Tap Add Address

Click the Add or + button to create a new entry.

Step 3: Enter Details

Step 4: Save

Tap Save to add the address to your address book.

Using Saved Addresses

When you make a transfer:

1. Tap the recipient address field.
2. Select Choose from Address Book.
3. Select the saved address.
4. The app writes the address and network in the fields for you.

Managing Your Addresses

Edit an Address

1. Open Address Book.
2. Tap the address that you want to edit.
3. Change the name or other details.
4. Tap Save.

You cannot change the wallet address of an entry. If the address is wrong, delete the entry and add the address again.

Delete an Address

1. Open Address Book.
2. Tap the address entry.
3. Tap Delete or the trash icon.
4. Confirm the deletion.

When you delete an address, your past transactions to that address do not change.

Best Practices

Always Verify New Addresses

Before you save a new address:

1. Send a test transaction: Send a small amount first.
2. Confirm receipt: Make sure that the recipient received it.
3. Then save: Add the address to your address book only after this verification.

Use Descriptive Labels

Good labels help you identify addresses quickly:

• "John - ETH Wallet"
• "My Ledger - Base"
• "DeFi - Uniswap Hot Wallet"

Do not use general names, for example "Wallet 1" or "Address".

Keep It Updated

Examine your address book at regular intervals:

• Remove the addresses that you do not use.
• Change a label if the owner of the address changes.
• Make sure that the addresses are still correct.

Network Compatibility

Each saved address is for one specific network:

Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Base use the same address format because they are all EVM-compatible. Always make sure that the recipient can receive MYRC on the network that you select.

Common Questions

Can I import addresses from another wallet?

No. At this time, you must add each address manually. BLOX plans to add an import feature in a future update.

Is there a limit to how many addresses I can save?

No. You can save as many addresses as necessary.

Are my saved addresses backed up?

Yes. BLOX keeps your address book with your BLOX account. If you log in on a new device, your saved addresses are available.

Can I share my address book with someone?

No. Your address book is private to your account, and you cannot share it. Each user keeps a separate list of saved addresses.
