Getting Started with BLOX

Welcome to BLOX. With BLOX, you can deposit, withdraw, and manage MYRC in Malaysia. Pay with Payment Gateway (FPX), withdraw to your bank, and keep your assets in one wallet.

What Can You Do with BLOX?

Deposit MYRC

Add funds through Payment Gateway (FPX) or a blockchain transfer. Your MYRC arrives in minutes.

Withdraw to Bank

Change MYRC back to MYR and withdraw it to your Malaysian bank account. The money arrives on the next working day (T+1).

Secure Wallet

BLOX protects your assets with security controls and two-factor authentication (2FA).

Withdraw to Wallet

Send MYRC to a wallet on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, or Solana. The network fees are low.

Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up at blox.my. You must have:

  • A valid email address
  • A secure password (minimum 8 characters)
  • An invite code (optional)

After you sign up, find the verification link in your email. Click the link to activate your account.

Step 2: Complete eKYC Verification

Use the eKYC process to verify your identity:

  1. Select your document type (MyKad or Passport).
  2. Enter your full name and ID number.
  3. Complete the automatic verification steps.

[!NOTE] Usually, the eKYC verification is complete immediately. You can then go to the next step.

Step 3: Set Up Your Account

After BLOX verifies your identity, complete your account:

  1. Create an Account Nickname (Short Name) for your wallet.
  2. Look at your transaction limits.

Step 4: Deposit or Withdraw MYRC

You can now do transactions:

  • Deposit MYRC: Add funds through Payment Gateway (Instant), Bank Transfer, or Blockchain Wallet.
  • Withdraw MYRC: Withdraw MYR to your bank account (T+1), or send MYRC to an external wallet.

[!IMPORTANT] Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in your Settings before you withdraw. Without MFA, you cannot withdraw.

What is MYRC?

MYRC is a Malaysian Ringgit stablecoin. It is a digital currency, and one MYRC always has the value of 1 MYR. MYR fully backs MYRC, and you can redeem MYRC for MYR. You can:

  • Deposit MYRC with MYR or other tokens at any time.
  • Withdraw MYRC to MYR or to external wallets at any time.
  • Use MYRC on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, or Solana.
  • Use MYRC in DeFi apps, for payments, or to keep value in a stable currency.
