Withdraw MYRC

You can withdraw your MYRC in two ways. Withdraw to your Malaysian bank account through Internet Banking, or send MYRC to an external blockchain wallet.

How to Withdraw

Step 1: Select Your Destination

In the sidebar, tap Withdraw. Then choose a method:

1. Internet Banking: For MYR withdrawals to a bank
2. Blockchain Wallet: For on-chain transfers

1. Withdraw to Bank (Internet Banking)

Step 1: Select Bank Account

Select a linked Malaysian bank account that is in your name.

Step 2: Enter Amount

Enter an amount within the limits that the app shows. The app shows the fees, if any, before you confirm. For the API amount ranges, see Wallet API.

Step 3: Confirm with MFA

Confirm the withdrawal with MFA. The money arrives on the next working day (T+1).

2. Withdraw to Wallet (Blockchain)

Step 1: Select Network

Select a supported network: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, or Solana.

Step 2: Enter Recipient Address

Paste the 0x... address (EVM) or the Base58 address (Solana). To select a saved address, use your Address Book.

Step 3: Enter Amount

Enter the amount to send. Make sure that the amount includes the small network fee.

Step 4: Confirm with MFA

You cannot reverse an on-chain transfer. Examine the address and network again before you confirm.

It's been 2 days and I haven't received my MYR

Look in your bank account history for a transaction from BLOX BC SDN BHD. If you cannot find it, contact support. Give your Transaction ID.

Can I withdraw to someone else's bank account?

No. Regulations say that a bank withdrawal must go to an account in your verified legal name.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

No. After you confirm a withdrawal with MFA, BLOX processes it automatically. You cannot cancel it.
